UHOF 2013 – The results
The 4th Ukraine & CIS Hospitality Operations Forum (HVS UHOF) took place on 11th and 12th of April in Fairmont Grand Hotel, Kiev. The conference organized by HVS Executive Search gathered more than 130 industry professionals and highlighted the most important issues related to the improvement of hotel operations and their competitiveness.
During the two-day Forum 30 experts from Ukraine, CIS and Europe (including Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Accor, Google, McDonalds, Azimut Hotels, Premier International Hotels, Reikartz Hotels & Resorts, Vertex Group, ESTA Holding, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Glion Institute of Higher Education, HRS, STR Global and others) thoroughly analyzed economic and political issues influencing hospitality industry, discussed the development dynamics and indicators, elaborated on new competitive strategies for sales, e-commerce and reputation management, as well as talent management.
